The FY2024 CoC Program Competition is Now Closed

The Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO) for the Fiscal Year 2024 Continuum of Care (CoC) Program Competition is now closed. The Upstate CoC is proud to present the approved 2024 Collaborative Application and Priority Listing. These are the finalized components of the 2024 Consolidated Application and will be submitted by United Housing Connections on 11/1/2024.

Local Competition Timeline

Friday, August 23, 2024 by 5pm - All applicants, new or renewing, must submit their Letter of Intent to Apply and Housing First Questionnaire via Cognito. Links for both can be found below.

Friday, August 30, 2024 - All applicants will be notified whether their Letter of Intent to Apply was approved.

Monday, September 23, 2024 by 5pm - All applicants must email a PDF export of their project application (in progress) in e-snaps to nrivera@uhcsc.org for Grants Committee review.

Thursday, September 26, 2024 - Grants Committee will notify applicants of any changes required before submission in e-snaps.

Monday, September 30, 2024 by 5pm - All project applications are required to be submitted to United Housing Connections in e-snaps.

Tuesday, October 15, 2024 - Upstate CoC will notify all applicants in writing whether their applications will be accepted and ranked on the Priority Listing, rejected, or reduced.

Wednesday, October 30, 2024 - Upstate CoC will post the Consolidated Application and Priority Listing to website for review.

Friday, November 1, 2024 - Target due date for submitting 2024 Consolidated Application and Priority Listing. Due November 6, 2024.
