Documenting Changes for Clients
The video to the left is a video created for an end user who was having multiple staff or volunteers enter data incorrectly. This video is an overview of where to enter client data/information and how to do Interim Assessments including Updates, Annual Assessments, how to document changes to income, as well as how to add Case Notes/Goals, Services, and the use of the Follow Up feature.
Though this is filmed using the older test site, the content and concepts remain the same.
